What's the Hype About Pre-Workout?
Chances are you've heard a thing or two about pre-workout. In fact, it would be hard to avoid hearing people talk about it, or seeing it online or in fitness magazines; it has become a staple in the fitness industry. And unlike certain supplements that are geared toward more avid gym-goers pre-workout supplements are targeted towards helping everyone get that added boost of energy they need to make their workout count.
